How we protect you
- Photos are stored privately, never public on the web, and location data (EXIF) is removed from every photo.
- Only signed-in members can see profiles. You can hide any of your photos.
- Nobody can message you unless you have both shown interest.
- Text messages only — no video calls, voice notes, images or money transfers.
- Block anyone instantly. Blocked members can no longer see you or contact you.
- Report profiles or messages; our team reviews every report.
- Delete your account and data at any time from Privacy & Settings.
Avoid scams
- Never send money, gifts or bank details to anyone you meet online — for any reason.
- Be careful with people who quickly ask to move to another app or claim an emergency.
- We will never ask for your password or payment by message.
- If something feels wrong, block and report.
Meeting in a halal way
- Involve your wali or family early.
- Meet in a public place, ideally with family present.
- Take your time and verify who the person is before sharing personal details.
